With so many sweet potato recipes to choose from, you certainly can't go wrong with a basic (but not boring) baked sweet potato. It's an easy and healthy side dish recipe!

4 sweet potatoes
salt and pepper, to taste
butter, optional
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit.
- Poke 4-5 holes in each sweet potato with a fork or sharp knife.
- Place the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for approximately 60 minutes, or until soft. Then top with butter or ghee and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
